Lead Developer and Architect for Malty Design System
As the Lead Developer for Malty Design System, I oversaw the development and maintenance of our internal design system using inner sourcing as our collaboration model.
Initially, the product required significant collaboration between our design and development teams to translate designs into developable components. And later, documenting a design system has proven to be a full-time job, requiring deep collaboration between design and development, as well as the business.
While most products were already in place, I am currently leading efforts to increase the penetration of Malty into our products. Through my work, Malty has become a core component of our digital ecosystem, providing a consistent and intuitive user experience across our products.

Principal Frontend Developer
